How much space do I need?

A common question we are asked by clients is "how much space do I need?" or "what size unit do I need ?...".To help you work out what unit size is required for your items, use the handy space guide below.

1.8m x .85m x 3.6m high Business Documents/Personal Belongings etc
Business Documents or Furniture including a bed, washing machine and fridge along with boxes of personal goods.

1.8m x 1.8m x 3.6m high Furniture from a 1 bedroom flat or house
Bed & bedroom furniture, sofas, coffee table and lounge cabinet, fridge, washing machine and cartons of kitchenware and personal belongings.

2m x 3.5m x 3.6m high Furniture from a 2 bedroom house or flat
Furniture from 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen furniture, whiteware, small outdoor setting, boxes of personals, kitchenware etc.

3.2m x 3.2m x 3.6m high Small to average 3 bedroom house lot
Contents of a larger home plus garage and garden equipment, sports gear.

4.5m x 3m x 3.6m high Larger homes- 3-4 bedrooms
Furniture from 3 bedrooms, lounge and dining suites with associated furniture, kitchen and laundry whiteware, boxes of personals, kitchenware and books. Small outdoor setting, garden tools and equipment and sports gear.

Business Work Shop/ Store Room / Show Room

We have a number of units which are great for businesses wanting an affordable base in the inner city.
These units are of varying sizes but are typically 6m x 7m, 8m x 6m, 10m x 4.5m up to our largest at 19.5m x 5.9m. 

 

All have a 3’6 m stud height
 

Most are large enough to allow for multiple shelves and work benches and have power inside the unit.
